Terms Of Service:We strive to keep a high quality level when it comes to our products and services. We are here to help you enjoy painting your own pottery. In our site you will have access to many products that can be painted as well as paints, tools, brushes, add ons, and many more things.Some of these products will be painted to be used in the kitchen or with a plant. These products must be painted with the correct paints and/or glazes. Please make sure to read our guides as well as the label on your paints to see if the paints are toxic or non toxic. If they are made with lead do not in any way use for products that will be used in every day life. CeramicsAndCrafts.com does not take any responsibility for any paints that are used not in accordance with their labels. Craft Points: We offer a reward points system that will allow users that constantly purchase from us to participate in contests and purchase items that are not available on our site for normal purchase. Sometimes these items will be new items that are not yet added to our site. This also includes member-only raffles. To be a part of this exclusive group you simply have to make a purchase and receive reward points. Once you have reward points all of these options will be open to you. |
Terms Of Shipping:Shipping Rates:we currently offer a flat rate of shipping for all orders. Our flat rate shipping is $9.00 to the continental united states. Any customers that would like an expedited service will be charged exactly the same amount in shipping that we are. Your shipping charges will be calculated and you will be invoiced before shipment is made. We use ground shipping of 2 - 4 business days with different carriers including but not limited to; FedEx, USPS, and UPS. Shipping Method: Ceramic crafts are fragile and padded shipment is of utmost importance. We rarely receive calls of items that arrived broken. We place many layers of padding and different types of it in order to assure intact arrival. We use foam, bubble wrap, popcorn, and/or padded paper. Rest assured that we will get your items to you in a timely and secure manner. International Shipping: International orders tend to go through a more rigorous shipment and do have a higher chance of causing items to break or crack. International orders are not covered by our guarantee to the following extent; • Broken items will not be reshipped free of charge. They may be reshipped at the cost of the buyer. • Lost packages or returned packages will not be reshipped free of charge. • International shipments are more costly and the amount for shipment will be adjusted to fit the charges from the carrier to us. Our flat rate of $9.00 is included in that shipment cost and the difference will be invoiced to the customer. Insurance: Insurance will be an option in the near future. |
Guarantee:Satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not happy with your product for any reason you may return it for the full refund minus the shipping price. You would also be responsible for the item being shipped back.Any items that have arrived broken will be reshipped free of any shipping charges or product costs. There will be no refunds for broken items, only exchanges. In order for a refund to be made on a broken item, the broken item may be shipped back to us at the buyers cost. Upon arrival, we will refund the full purchase price of that item. International orders are not covered by the same guarantee. Please see "Terms of shipping" for a more complete international guarantee. |
Processing time:On our site you can find products that are both in stock and out of stock. We produce all of our ceramic bisque products and show at the rate we produce these products. You may order products that are out of stock. Any items that are out of stock will take some time to produce. If the items that are out of stock are not our products, we will back order the items which would normally wouldn't take more than 2 - 3 business days. Any ceramic bisque items that are ordered while out of stock are produced at an average of 2 a day. (You can see how many products we produce per day on the product's page) |
